If you feel you have been defrauded by StubHub, follow these steps to protect your rights and seek resolution:
1. Use ChatGPT to Organize Your Case
ChatGPT can help you organize your documentation and assist with filling out complaint forms. You can even share screenshots of forms to get help filling them out correctly.

2. Document Everything
a. Get names and contact info of any witnesses who saw what happened, especially event staff
b. Save all correspondence with StubHub
c. Record calls with StubHub if possible (notify them you're recording at start of each call)
d. Get the name of every rep you speak with, noting date and time
3. File a Credit Card Dispute
Contact your credit card company immediately to dispute the charge. Many cards have additional purchase protection benefits.
4. File a BBB Complaint

Report StubHub's fraudulent practices to the Federal Trade Commission:
